富春股份(300299.SZ)：簽署《古劍奇譚三》遊戲改編授權協議
格隆匯5月29日丨富春股份(300299.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司上海駿夢網絡科技有限公司(“上海駿夢”)於2022年5月27日與北京九鳳信息科技有限公司(“北京九鳳”)簽署了《古劍奇譚三》遊戲改編授權協議，北京九鳳授權上海駿夢《古劍奇譚三》遊戲的改編權，用於改編、發行、運營及推廣一款移動遊戲及一款VR遊戲。
授權的主要內容：上海駿夢獲得《古劍奇譚三》的遊戲改編權，用於改編、發行、運營及推廣一款MMORPG類型的移動端網絡遊戲，以及一款包含上述遊戲全部或部分內容的VR遊戲；上海駿夢向北京九鳳支付協議約定的版權金和收入分成。
協議生效及授權期限：自2022年5月27日起生效，授權期限五年。
授權區域：中國大陸、中國香港、中國澳門、中國台灣、日本、韓國、泰國、越南、新加坡、馬來西亞、印度尼西亞地區。
周邊衍生品權利：上海駿夢享有開發、製作、銷售在改編遊戲中獨創且具備單獨著作權的所有內容相關周邊衍生品，如玩具、手辦、3C產品、電子周邊等。
作為資深遊戲公司，公司具有豐富的遊戲IP運營、研發等經驗，併成功推出多款精品遊戲。其中，公司自研產品《仙境傳説RO：新世代的誕生》自上線以來取得優異成績，獲得2021年度GooglePlay新加坡、菲律賓、馬來西亞、泰國、印尼最佳遊戲，以及泰國、印尼最佳平板遊戲等殊榮。
此次IP授權協議的簽署及實施符合公司基於大IP精品化研發的遊戲發展策略，將有利於公司發揮在遊戲IP運營、精品研發等方面的豐富經驗，進一步提升持續經營能力，並助力公司輸出高質量數字文化內容、推動文化產業出海的發展戰略。同時，公司通過《古劍奇譚》IP佈局VR遊戲新業態，將有助於提升公司在VR等新興技術遊戲場景應用的市場影響力。綜上，此次合作協議的實施預計將對公司未來經營業績、發展戰略產生積極影響。
