內房股午後普遍逆市倒跌 綠城中國(03900.HK)倒跌近4%
雖然港股今天大幅反彈,其中國指及科指曾急彈3.5%及4.9%,恆指曾急彈663點或3.3%高見20,779,現報20,596,回升480點或2.4%,成交額1,057億元。 然而,綠地控股(600606.SH)公布正在徵求4.88億美元6月25日到期美元債的持有人對擬議修訂和豁免的同意,其中包括延長到期日。市場對內房企業資金鏈的憂慮重燃,內房股午後普遍倒跌,其中綠城中國(03900.HK)由高位13.78元,掉頭低見13.06元,現報13.1元,倒跌3.7%;美的置業(03990.HK)也倒跌1.9%報14.46元;富力(02777.HK)蒸發曾漲近4%至3.02元所有升幅,續跌1.4%報2.87元。中國金茂(00817.HK)倒跌1.9%報2.07元。時代中國(01233.HK)倒跌1.9%報2.27元。 萬科(02202.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、中海宏洋(00081.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)、中駿集團01966.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)及寶龍(01238.HK)也倒跌,其中前者繼今早升至17.88元無以為繼,午後曾低見17.36元,現報17.46元,倒跌0.7%。 此外,昨日發不明跌因聲明的大發地產(06111.HK)更連續第三天創上市新低,最低見0.45元(較周二收市價2.78元累瀉近84%),現報0.47元,續挫22%。 至於四大藍籌內房除潤地(01109.HK)仍升1.4%報35.05元,餘下均倒跌,尤其是龍湖(00960.HK)蒸發曾彈2.6%至39.7元所有升幅,午後曾低見37.95元,現報38.255元,續跌1.2%。 另外,大摩將內房行業今明兩年盈測平均下調15%及17%,以反映收入和毛利率下降,該行指,雖然監管當局持續放寬措施或可降低系統性風險,但今年內房股仍面臨銷售疲軟和流動性壓力,包括非國有開發商的流動性風險、銷售持續疲弱、土地市場大幅下滑,以及疫情增加樓市不確定性。
