中環股份(002129.SZ)：擬變更部分募集資金用途、用於年產30GW高純太陽能超薄硅單晶材料智慧工廠項目
格隆匯5月25日丨中環股份(002129.SZ)公佈，原募投項目為“集成電路用8-12英寸半導體硅片之生產線項目”，實施主體為公司控股子公司中環領先半導體材料有限公司(“中環領先”)。該項目擬投入募集資金金額45億元，計劃建設期為3年，預計税後內部收益率為12.64%，2021年度項目實現的效益為8622.54萬元。截至2022年4月30日，該項目已投入募集資金352573.6萬元(含利息收入)，募集資金使用進度78.35%，結餘募集資金97589.94萬元(含利息收入)。截至2022年一季度末已形成月產能8英寸55萬片，12英寸15萬片產能，此次變更事項不影響後續項目進度。
根據公司實際經營情況與未來發展規劃，中環領先引入員工持股平台增資，增資金額合計為11.7億元，目前，中環領先自有資金較為充足，根據公司資金安排，調整資金使用計劃，能夠支撐項目正常建設運營，後續根據項目安排完成投資。
結合公司在光伏材料產業規劃佈局，匹配G12產品性價比優勢在終端體現明顯產業化應用發展迅速、日益增長的差異化客製化產品訂單需求，為最大化募集資金效益，公司結合現階段及未來產業發展趨勢，決定對原募投項目及部分募集資金用途進行調整，公司擬將原計劃投入“集成電路用8-12英寸半導體硅片之生產線項目”中的剩餘募集資金97589.94萬元(截至公吿日，含累計利息等，具體金額以資金轉出日銀行結息後實際金額為準)，全部用於年產30GW高純太陽能超薄硅單晶材料智慧工廠項目(“DW四期”)的建設，此次變更募集資金金額佔此次非公開發行股票募集資金淨額的19.86%。
公司變更募集資金投資項目為DW四期項目，將新增年產30GW太陽能光伏硅片(G12)產能。新募投項目DW四期項目在經濟性、效益性等方面具備良好市場優勢，且更符合目前行業、市場的變化及發展趨勢，新募投項目具備更廣闊的市場空間，能夠更好地實現經濟效益。
此次變更募集資金用途暨變更募投項目有利於推動公司G12硅片產能釋放，發揮G12硅片的競爭優勢，進一步鞏固公司在光伏硅片市場的領先地位以及市場佔有率，緩解行業對優質產能供不應求的局面，推動光伏發電LCOE(度電成本)持續降低和BOS成本優化，實現光伏發電在全球範圍內的全面平價上網。
