ST花王(603007.SH):本金8800萬元的銀行貸款逾期
格隆匯5月24日丨ST花王(603007.SH)公佈,公司於近日收到江蘇銀行股份有限公司丹陽市支行發來的《貸款提前到期通知書》,宣佈合同項下貸款於2022年5月23日提前到期,需歸還合同項下全部結欠本金8800萬元及利息。
由於違反主合同項下第十一條規定當借款人因未按期支付借款利息的規定,江蘇銀行丹陽支行依據主合同所賦予的權利,宣佈主合同項下的債務提前到期,導致公司此次銀行貸款出現了逾期的情況。
截至公吿披露日,公司累計銀行貸款到期金額2.11億元。
