業內人士:除了關注LPR和房貸利率調整對購房成本的變化外 還需關注近期諸多金融政策調整
格隆匯5月21日丨據證券日報,5月20日最新一期貸款市場報價利率(LPR)爲:1年期LPR維持在3.7%不變,5年期以上LPR下調15個基點至4.45%。這也是六日內,首套房貸利率迎來的第二次調整。截至發稿,天津、南通、蘇州、青島、濟南、重慶等多地已有銀行將首套房貸利率最低降至4.25%。受訪業內人士表示,兩次房貸利率調整後,首套房貸利率下限最多下降35個基點。下一階段應堅持“因地制宜”“一城一策”原則,進一步優化房地產金融政策,更好地實現“穩地價、穩房價、穩預期”目標。22天內2次重磅會議提及“房地產市場平穩健康發展”,釋放穩樓市積極信號。需要注意的是,對於未來房地產市場的情況,業內人士普遍認爲,除了關注LPR和房貸利率調整對購房成本的變化外,還需關注近期諸多金融政策調整。
