據報恆大(03333.HK)福建兩幅地皮被認定爲閒置土地
據《澎湃新聞》報道,福建省福清市自然資源和規劃局近日將恆大集團(03333.HK)位於福清的兩幅地皮,列作閒置土地,指出自恆大於2019年投得該兩幅住宅用地以來未有動工,構成閒置土地,因此予以公示。
該兩幅土地約定建設項目應在2020年1月23日之前開工,報道引述業內人士指,若土地閒置因政府、政府有關部門的行爲所造成的,可通過協商延長動工開發期限或調整土地用途、規劃條件,甚至協議有償收回國有建設用地使用權,但若土地閒置非因政府、政府有關部門的行爲所造成,當局或將根據閒置時間,徵收土地閒置費或無償收回國有建設用地使用權。
