格隆匯5月19日丨萬國數據-SW(09698.HK)發佈公吿，2022年第一季度，淨收入同比增加31.5%至人民幣22.436億元(3.539億美元)；服務收入同比增長31.6%至人民幣22.435億元(3.539億美元)；經調整EBITDA(非公認會計准則)同比增長28.5%至人民幣10.512億元(1.658億美元)。
2022年第一季度，已獲客户簽約及預簽約的總面積增加1.819萬平方米至截至2022年3月31日的57.501萬平方米，同比增加24.5%；運營面積增加4461平方米至截至2022年3月31日的49.234萬平方米，同比增加36.6%。截至2022年3月31日，運營面積的簽約率為95.3%(2021年3月31日：95.0%)。截至2022年3月31日，在建面積為16.813萬平方米(2021年3月31日：17.015萬平方米)。2022年第一季度，計費面積增加1.255萬平方米至截至2022年3月31日的33.202萬平方米，同比增加32.2%。
主席兼首席執行官黃偉先生表示：“2022年第一季度開局穩健。在第一季度，我們新增逾 18,000平方米的預訂量，通過內部增長與併購，進一步鞏固了我們在中國一線市場的領先地位。此外，我們繼續推進我們的區域化計劃，通過與YTL合作在馬來西亞共同開發綠色數據中心園區，深化我們在東南亞的影響力，在該新興數字區域打造一個獨特的由可再生能源供電的平台。”
首席財務官Dan Newman先生指出：“我們第一季度的財務表現穩健，收入同比增長31.5%，經調整EBITDA同比增長28.5%。我們的經調整EBITDA率為46.9%，上個季度為47.0%。此外，我們於第一季度通過發行私人配售可轉換優先票據籌集了6.20億美元，並取得債務融資及再融資信貸約5.32億美元，以繼續建立我們的資本基礎，為未來的業務發展提供資金支持。”
