均瑤健康(605388.SH)：擬參與潤盈公司破產重整投資人的公開招募 希望能夠有效整合益生菌業務的資源
格隆匯5月17日丨均瑤健康(605388.SH)公佈，公司擬繳納人民幣200萬元保證金參與潤盈生物工程(上海)有限公司(“潤盈公司”)破產重整投資人的公開招募(“潤盈公司重整事項”)，此次參與潤盈公司重整事項已經公司第四屆董事會第十九次會議審議通過，並於2022年5月17日初步完成了報名事宜，公司能否成為潤盈公司重整投資人尚存在不確定性，請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
