發改委:不能以縣城建設爲名炒作房地產 密切監測煤炭市場價格變化
國家發改委新聞發言人孟瑋在新聞發佈會上強調,在縣城建設中要注意守住幾條底線,防止利用「新城建設」等名義侵佔耕地和生態空間,防止大拆大建、貪大求洋,更不能以縣城建設爲名炒作房地產,以及要防範地方政府債務風險,在發展需要和財力允許前提下盡力而爲、量力而行。
孟瑋並表示,將密切監測煤炭市場價格變化。發改委明確經營者銷售煤炭的中長期交易價格超過國家和地方有關文件明確合理區間上限的,現貨價格超過國家和地方有關文件明確合理區間上限50%的,如無正當理由,一般可視爲哄擡價格。
