首程控股(00697.HK)一季度收入大增81.1%至2.93億港元 由虧轉盈1.08億港元
格隆匯5月15日丨首程控股(00697.HK)公佈，截至2022年3月31日止三個月，公司錄得收入約港幣2.93億元，較去年同期增長81.1%；毛利約港幣1.71億元，較去年同期增長325.8%；經營溢利約港幣1.58億元，較去年同期增長2,670.1%；公司擁有人應占溢利1.08億港元，上年同期虧損23.2億港元。
收入增長一方面得益於停車出行資產管理規模與基礎設施不動產基金管理規模的穩定擴張；另一方面，來自於集團在停車出行與基礎設施公募REITs領域戰略投資貢獻的投資收益。
公司擁有人期應占溢利約港幣1.08億元，去年同期，公司擁有人應占虧損約港幣23.21億元。主要是因去年同期本集團根據一間聯營公司首鋼福山資源集團有限公司，一間於香港聯合交易所有限公司主板上市，股份代號639當時的市場價格和出售成本計提減值虧損撥備導致。
2022年第一季度集團停車出行業務錄得營業收入約港幣1.46億元，較去年同期增長40.4%，新冠疫情之下業務增長的勢頭依然強勁。集團堅持在危機中練好內功。通過標準化運營、運營策略優化、科技賦能、機制改革四大舉措，進行場庫級優化提升，實現營運降本增效。在2022年第一季度新冠疫情加重的情況下，集團實現降本超百萬。未來隨着新冠疫情影響逐漸消退，社會經濟活力以及日常出行需求的復甦，集團停車出行業務的增長性將被進一步釋放。
同時集團持續加大停車出行科技創新投入，研究植入新的業態模式。集團自建停車樓光伏電站建成併網，此外，集團與多家充電樁服務企業形成戰略合作；城市級智慧平台系統分期逐步落地，獲得當地區域政府的高度認可。
此外，基礎設施不動產基金管理業務依然維持了高速的增長，截至2022年3月31日止三個月錄得營業收入約港幣1.47億元，較去年同期增長171.0%。2022年第一季度集團實現管理費收入約港幣0.46億元。除了實現穩定的管理費收入，基礎設施不動產基金管理板塊本期還為集團帶來了約港幣1億元的投資收益。而對中國基礎設施公募REITs發展趨勢的精準把握，以及對停車出行領域的深刻理解，使集團對於投資收益的獲取能力變得更加可預期。
