格隆匯5月13日丨松井股份(688157.SH)公佈,公司於2022年5月12日召開第二屆董事會第十四次會議、第二屆監事會第十二次會議,審議通過了《關於終止發行股份及支付現金購買資產並募集配套資金的議案》。
自本次交易事項籌劃以來,公司嚴格按照有關法律、法規及規範性文件的要求,與交易對方、各中介機構積極有序推進本次交易相關工作。結合現場反饋結果,在綜合考慮標的公司實際運營情況等因素後,公司經審慎研究並與交易對方友好充分溝通,最終決定終止本次交易。
