龍泉股份(002671.SZ):擬以1451.967萬元出售無錫濱湖區的兩宗房產
格隆匯5月13日丨龍泉股份(002671.SZ)公佈,為盤活公司閒置資產,提高資產利用效率,公司全資子公司無錫市新峯管業有限公司(“新峯管業”)擬將位於江蘇省無錫市濱湖區的兩宗房產出售給自然人朱全明,交易價格為人民幣1451.967萬元。公司提請股東大會授權管理層全權辦理此次出售房產的具體事宜,包括不限於簽訂相關出售協議等。
經公司財務部門初步核算,該項交易預計影響公司利潤總額約1444.41萬元,實際影響公司損益金額需以審計機構年度審計確認後的結果為準。
