三峽水利(600116.SH)：擬與贛鋒鋰業、長江電力等等設電池資產管理公司
格隆匯5月12日丨三峽水利(600116.SH)公佈，公司近日與贛鋒鋰業、長江電力和長江綠色發展私募基金管理有限公司(“綠色基金管理公司”)簽署了《合資備忘錄》。為高效整合各方優勢，推動和深化在新型儲能、交通電動化等領域的合作，各方有意願合資設立電池資產管理公司(“合資公司”)，開展涵蓋電池系統集成、電池產品租賃(或銷售)、回收利用等一體化電池資產管理服務業務。
合資公司初始註冊資本金擬暫定為20億元(遠期規劃50億元)，其中：贛鋒鋰業擬認繳6億元，持股30%；長江電力直接或通過其所屬公司擬認繳3億元，持股15%；三峽水利擬認繳6億元，持股30%；綠色基金管理公司通過受託管理的私募股權投資基金(“綠色發展基金”)擬認繳5億元，持股25%。
合資公司定位：合資公司是電池資產管理平台，作為資產承載主體，主要為新型儲能、交通電動化等業務提供儲能電池、儲能系統、動力電池的產品集成、投資、租賃(或銷售)、電池回收等一體化資產管理服務。
業務內容如下：
系統集成業務：合資公司通過系統集成公司投資建設電池系統集成廠，開展動力電池、儲能系統集成業務，形成符合重點場景應用要求的產品。
電池產品租賃及銷售業務：合資公司根據電池用户需求和場景條件，為用户提供電池資產租賃方案或銷售服務。
廢舊電池回收利用業務：合資公司通過所屬電池回收公司對退役電池進行回收利用，對符合梯次利用條件的退役電池進行梯次利用，對無法梯次利用的廢舊電池進行收集、拆解，解決退役電池處置問題，實現電池資產服務閉環。
該備忘錄的簽訂，旨在實現合作各方的優勢互補和資源共享，符合公司整體發展戰略，有利於公司長效開展綜合能源、新型儲能、電動重卡充換儲用一體化、船舶電動化等鋰電應用業務；有助於打造鋰電池全生命週期解決方案和標準化電池產品，進一步擴大鋰電池規模化應用效益，與公司配售電業務和綜合能源業務有較高協同性。
