大酒店(00045.HK)副主席包立賢表示,在疫情期間,集團一直保持低負債比率,並持有可觀的流動資金,同時審慎控制成本開支,因此擁有充足資源應付營運現金的需要。
集團預期中國內地的酒店業務在今年夏季仍會面對多重的挑戰。然而,美國和歐洲市場均呈現迅速的復甦,而隨著其他亞洲地區也開始放寬旅遊限制,預期該等地區的業務也陸續回復正軌,為集團的業務帶來鼓舞和積極的作用。集團希望本港能進一步放寬社交距離措施,並對今年下半年的本地市場表現仍保持審慎樂觀。
