市建局西營盤崇慶里/桂香街項目共收34份意向書
市建局公布,西營盤崇慶里/桂香街項目共收到34份合作發展意向書。
由市建局董事會設立的遴選小組,將會按照訂定的入圍準則,就發展商的項目發展經驗和財政能力,從收到的意向書中挑選符合資格的發展商;並將根據董事會已批准的主要招標條款,邀請入圍的發展商,就項目提交合作發展標書。
該項目於2017年7月展開,地盤面積1,077.3平方米。項目完成後,預計可提供約8,804平方米的總樓面面積。市場估值介乎12.6億至16.1億元,每呎樓面地價1.35萬至1.7萬元。
據悉,恆地(00012.HK)、鷹君(00041.HK)、華懋、遠東發展(00035.HK)、其士國際(00025.HK)、爪哇(00251.HK)、中國海外(00688.HK)、保利置業(00119.HK)、英皇國際(00163.HK)、泛海國際(00129.HK)及資本策略(00497.HK)等都有提交意向書。
