《大行報告》美銀證券降京東(09618.HK)目標價至304元 重申「買入」
美銀證券發表研究報告指,京東(09618.HK)將於下周公布首季業績,大致上維持收入增長預測,與1月至2月份行業增長趨勢一致,預期收入增長17%至最多將2,380億元人民幣,經營虧損率料從去年第四季的0.7%收窄至0.1%,首季經營虧損預期達到17億元人民幣,非通用會計準則下經營溢利則預期達到18億元人民幣。
該行表示,考慮到上海及長春等部分城市未能於4月結束封城,相應下調今年第二季及全年預測,收入增長預測分別降至12%及15%,並將全年每股盈利預測由8.11元人民幣削減至6.23元人民幣,以反映營運槓桿水平下降及封城下對騎手及商家的額外支持的影響。
美銀相信,內地疫情或於下半年得以緩解,因此維持2023年預測不變,目標價則由320元降至304元,重申對京東的「買入」評級。
