海昌海洋公園(02255.HK)與航天新光在智能仿生機器人相關領域開展獨家合作
格隆匯5月9日丨海昌海洋公園(02255.HK)宣佈，集團於近期與瀋陽航天新光集團有限公司(”航天新光“)簽署合作協議及相關附屬協議(統稱”該等協議“)，在基於智能仿生機器人的相關領域開展獨家合作。合作協議的有效期為10年，雙方可於有效期屆滿前6個月內續約。
根據該等協議，針對航天新光的既有產品(包括但不限於智能仿生鯨鯊)，集團將獲得相關知識產權的排他許可，在中國大陸範圍內進行組裝和在全球範圍內進行商業化。雙方將共同投入和聯合研發智能仿生機器人新產品，並共有新的知識產權和共享收益。
此外，航天新光將多維度支持集團產業平台搭建和運作，推動智能仿生技術的市場化應用。目標市場主要包括國內主題娛樂行業、面向個人消費者的智能仿生玩具、面向各地博物館、科技館、文化館、展覽館、大型景區遊客展示中心的”海洋+科技“的科普研學、互動展示新業態，還將拓展全球市場。
航天新光隸屬於中國航天科工集團第三研究院，其致力於將精湛的航天技術進行成果轉化。經過多年科研積累，在水下仿生總體設計技術、智能人機交互與集成技術等方面技術領先，面向互動觀賞娛樂、科教培訓競賽、平台+傳感器工程應用等多場景、多行業深入提供產品及內容解決方案服務。
集團與航天新光早在2019年開展合作關係，並於2020年實現首次商業化應用，尤其是2022年1月在上海海昌海洋公園亮相的全球首條智能仿生鯨鯊，更是獲得業界及消費者市場積極、正面的反饋。董事會認為，航天新光擁有強大的研發、製造及服務一體化能力，是國家水下智能仿生機器人領域的”領跑者“。依託有關科技創新、人工智能及海洋產業政策支持，雙方將研發製造海洋文化特色人工智能產品，共同推動智能仿生技術在海洋主題互動娛樂、旅遊休閒領域等方面的產業化應用。
此次合作也是集團在企業、社會及責任方面的重要戰略舉措，通過與航天新光合作研發新、奇、特物種，致力於海洋文化科普教育、環境及動物保護。此舉將進一步鞏固集團在海洋主題旅遊領域的龍頭地位、強化品牌影響力並豐富市場資源。
