杭州銀行(600926.SH):股權變更獲中國銀保監會浙江監管局核准
格隆匯5月8日丨杭州銀行(600926.SH)公佈,2022年5月6日,公司收到《中國銀保監會浙江監管局關於杭州銀行股權變更的批覆》(浙銀保監復[2022]221號),同意杭州市城市建設投資集團有限公司和杭州市交通投資集團有限公司分別受讓澳洲聯邦銀行(Commonwealth Bank of Australia)持有的公司股份各2.968億股,分別佔公司總股本的5%。受讓完成後,杭州市城市建設投資集團有限公司及其關聯方、一致行動人合計持有公司302,558,263股股份,持股比例為5.1%;杭州市交通投資集團有限公司合計持有公司2.968億股股份,持股比例為5%。
