泰山石油(000554.SZ)：與惠泰集團開展全面戰略合作 涉及加油(氣)、氫站建設及共建生態新能源補給站等等
格隆匯5月6日丨泰山石油(000554.SZ)公佈，為積極貫徹黨中央關於創新型城鄉建設精神，紮實落實新泰市十四五整體規劃，更好的服務地方經濟，發展清潔能源和可再生能源產業，推動形成綠色發展方式和生活方式。經泰安惠泰建設發展集團有限公司(“惠泰集團”)與公司友好協商，雙方將本着資源共享、共同發展、合作雙贏的原則，開展全面戰略合作。
合作內容包括但不限於以下方面：
(一)加油(氣)、氫站建設。藉助甲方豐富的投資運營經驗、政策支持和乙方資源、經營管理優勢，在新泰市大型用油、用氣、用氫企業或單位場地內，雙方共同投建運營加油站及油電、油氣、油氫混合站，推動網點均衡發展。
(二)共建生態新能源補給站。借鑑先進省市成功經驗，充分依託乙方擁有的加油(氣)站等資源，攜手打造集加油、加氣、加氫、光伏、充換電、汽服、餐飲等為一體的新能源綜合服務體，攜手共建具有新泰特色網紅打卡地，實現社會效益和經濟效益的“雙提升”。時機適宜時考慮選擇乙方在新泰市現有的加氣站改造為加氫站可能性，作為氫能產業終端試點區。隨着氫能發展未來可在新泰市規劃建設更多加氫站。根據新泰市現有環衞車、渣土車、叉車等工程機械車輛，共同與國電投合作參與實施換電站項目建設，同時探討乘用電動車換電站建設。
(三)氫能應用示範基地。依託新泰市光伏新能源產業發展基礎，共同投資參與綠電制氫產業，向上延伸氫能產業鏈。按照城鄉公交試點、物流園區配套、交通幹線聯網梯次推進原則，適時打造油電氫混合站北方試點示範，在公共交通、物流運輸、旅遊專用等領域探索示範應用基地，推動氫能與燃料電池汽車產業發展；同時，發揮氫能產業優勢，雙方致力在分佈式發電或熱電聯產為建築提供電和熱、為工業領域提供清潔能源等儲能應用方面領先開展創新試點。
(四)成品油、LNG資源採購。依託中石化加油站資源，適當採購中聯油、佳德農等落地新泰市的成品油煉化企業的油品。依託中石化LNG加氣站資源，適當採購落地新泰的內蒙古陝蒙能源LNG集散中心氣源。
(五)易捷服務項目。梳理新泰市優良農產品進入中石化易捷便利店銷售，助力新泰市農產品深加工產業做大做強。雙方共同開發新泰市重點醫院、學校、寫字樓、充電服務站、社區大型停車場等資源，根據實際調研需求，投建開展便利店、洗車等易捷服務項目。
該《戰略合作協議》的簽署符合公司長遠發展戰略，對公司2022年度及以後的未來期間經營業績的影響存在一定的不確定性。
