太平鳥(603877.SH):離任高管申亞欣超額減持4.49萬股
格隆匯5月6日丨太平鳥(603877.SH)公佈,公司近日收到離任高管申亞欣出具的《關於超比例減持寧波太平鳥時尚服飾股份有限公司股票的自查及致歉聲明》。申亞欣原為公司副總經理,於2021年3月8日提前離任,其原定任期至2021年11月28日結束,目前已不在公司任職。
申亞欣因對減持規則理解有誤,於2022年4月14日以集中競價方式超額減持公司股份4.4925萬股,違反了《上海證券交易所上市公司股東及董事、監事、高級管理人員減持股份實施細則》,構成了超比例減持。
