《大行報告》瑞銀:利率上調改善淨息差 港銀股首選中銀香港(02388.HK)
瑞銀發表報告指,中銀香港(02388.HK)於今年首季業績後舉行了電話會議,管理層認為由於美聯儲對加息的口吻鷹派,本港銀行同業折息(HIBOR)快將上升,預期該行的淨息差在本季開始會有持續改善。
瑞銀引述管理層提到,該行於2016年至2018年加息周期的淨息差擴闊25個基點,當時一個月HIBOR及LIBOR分別上升104及152個基點。另一方面,雖然香港宏觀環境不明朗及地緣政治緊張,但中銀香港仍然目標今年的貸款增長有中至高單位數。
中銀香港為瑞銀於本港銀行股中的首選,維持對其股份「買入」評級,目標價36元,相信當香港經濟活動恢復,及HIBOR跟隨美國加息逐步上升,中銀香港可有進一步催化劑。
