世紀睿科(01450.HK)附屬杭州世紀睿科與北京值得買科技訂立戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月5日丨世紀睿科(01450.HK)公吿，公司附屬公司杭州世紀睿科信息技術有限公司("杭州世紀睿科")與北京值得買科技股份有限公司("值得買")(深圳證券交易所上市公司，股票代碼：300785)訂立戰略合作協議，並分別與上海一鷺青蓮文化傳媒有限公司、冷冷不冷文化傳媒(上海)有限公司、馳騁無限(北京)文化傳播有限公司、牡丹江晶光奪彩文化傳媒有限公司及北京天啟眾合文化傳媒有限公司簽訂合作協議。
值得買是一家中國境內知名的互聯網消費內容平台，以消費產業和內容行業為根基，面向用户和客户提供多元化的產品與服務，戰略性佈局了消費內容、營銷服務、消費數據三大核心業務板塊，在商品與媒體匹配的全鏈路服務、品牌營銷服務、消費數據產品與服務等方面為客户提供更為立體化的服務體系。
根據戰略合作協議(其中包括)，(i)值得買就開展自身業務過程中，需要採購視頻系統設備及技術服務，在相同條件下優先向杭州世紀睿科採購設備及技術；(ii)值得買將向杭州世紀睿科推薦有新媒體業務需求的客户，並協助杭州世紀睿科向有關客户提供新媒體服務；及(iii)杭州世紀睿科儘可能使用值得買優秀的供應鏈服務能力，來開展全媒體業務。
另外，雙方將透過多種渠道建立溝通系統。新媒體營銷服務商均為於中國註冊成立有限公司及具有一定市場知名度的營銷管理公司，擁有包括胡文君、冷雋、郭豪傑、張譯晶等一批新媒體電商的從業人員，主營業務涵蓋市場營銷策劃、文藝創作、廣播影視設備銷售等。
與多家新媒體營銷服務商簽訂合作協議，是本集團鞏固政務+新媒體+商務服務運營模式的非常有力的進展。通過訂立營銷合作協議(其中包括)，新媒體營銷服務商將透過向杭州世紀睿科提供經驗豐富及專業的新媒體營銷人員，與其共同開展新媒體業務。
董事會認為，集團分別與值得買及新媒體營銷服務商達成合作，體現了集團在全媒體行業營銷服務能力的逐步提升，以及在新媒體業務領域的進一步發展。值得買在消費內容領域有深厚的積累，新媒體營銷服務商能提供給集團經驗豐富、優秀的新媒體營銷人員，相關合作的達成將提升集團在全媒體行業的視頻技術服務能力及新媒體服務業務領域的整體競爭力。集團亦將不斷優化產業佈局，不斷推進集團業務的多元化發展。
