海立股份(600619.SH):擬與印度空調市場的領軍企業VOLTAS合資新建空調壓縮機工廠
格隆匯5月5日丨海立股份(600619.SH)公佈,在經濟增長、政策優化、氣候炎熱等多重因素推動下,印度已逐漸成為全球製冷行業關注的焦點。為鞏固和進一步提升公司空調壓縮機產品在印度市場的佔有率,滿足印度空調市場快速發展及其巨大潛力所帶來的需求,經公司第九屆董事會第十四次會議審議通過,公司擬與印度空調市場的領軍企業VOLTAS合資新建空調壓縮機工廠。2022年4月30日,公司、海立香港及VOLTAS就新設合資公司事項簽訂《合資經營協議》。
合資公司註冊資本為25億印度盧比,其中海立香港出資15億印度盧比,佔註冊資本的60%;VOLTAS公司出資10億印度盧比,佔註冊資本的40%。
