LHN(01730.HK)預期上半年除税前純利逾約3400萬新加坡元
格隆匯5月4日丨LHN(01730.HK)公吿,公司預期2022年上半年的除税前純利將不少於約3400萬新加坡元,較截至2021年3月31日止6個月的約1830萬新加坡元有所增加。
2022年上半年的除税前純利增加主要來自空間優化業務,這是由於(i)分租所得收益,根據國際財務報吿準則第16號,該收益乃基於不再確認的使用權資產與分租投資淨額之間的差額得出;(ii)集團的投資物業以及合營企業的投資物業公平值收益增加;及(iii)集團住宅物業項下的共享居住業務的利潤增加。
