格隆匯5月4日丨非凡中國(08032.HK)公吿,集團預計2022年第一季度錄得公司權益持有人應占虧損不多於1300萬港元,而2021年同期公司權益持有人應占溢利為約890萬港元。扭盈為虧主要由於2021年3月錄得出售公司一間附屬公司非經常性收益。如將該非經常性收益從2021年第一季度公司權益持有人應占溢利剔除,則2022年第一季度公司權益持有人應占虧損較上年同期大幅減少。
