*ST天首(000611.SZ)：5月5日起停牌、公司股票可能被終止上市
格隆匯5月4日丨*ST天首(000611.SZ)公佈，2022年5月4日，公司收到深圳證券交易所(“深交所”)下發的《事先吿知書》(公司部函〔2022〕第141號)。《事先吿知書》具體內容如下：
“你公司因2020年度經審計的淨利潤為負值且營業收入低於1億元，公司股票交易自2021年5月6日起被實施退市風險警示。你公司2022年4月30日披露的2021年年度報吿顯示，你公司2021年度經審計的淨利潤為負值且營業收入低於1億元，同時你公司2021年年度財務會計報吿被出具無法表示意見的審計報吿，觸及本所《股票上市規則(2022年修訂)》第9.3.11條規定的股票終止上市情形。
根據本所《自律監管聽證程序細則》的相關規定，你公司有權申請聽證。申請聽證的，你公司應當在收到本吿知書之日起五個交易日內，以書面形式向我部提出申請，逾期視為放棄聽證權利。”
公司股票將於2022年5月5日起停牌。公司收到深交所《事先吿知書》後，可以根據規定申請聽證，提出陳述和申辯。深交所由上市委員會就是否終止公司股票上市事宜進行審核，並根據上市委員會的審核意見作出是否終止公司股票上市的決定。
若公司股票被深交所決定終止上市，根據深交所《股票上市規則(2022年修訂)》第9.6.1條、第9.6.2條、第9.6.10條之規定，自深交所公吿對公司股票作出終止上市決定之日起五個交易日後的次一交易日復牌並進入退市整理期交易。退市整理期間，公司的證券代碼不變，股票簡稱后冠以“退”標識，進入風險警示板交易。退市整理期的交易期限為十五個交易日。退市整理期間，公司股票原則上不停牌。如公司因特殊原因向深交所申請股票全天停牌的，停牌期間不計入退市整理期，且停牌天數累計不得超過五個交易日。公司股票於退市整理期屆滿的次一交易日摘牌，公司股票終止上市。
根據深交所《股票上市規則(2022年修訂)》第9.1.16條之規定，公司應當在深交所作出終止公司股票上市決定後立即安排股票轉入全國中小企業股份轉讓系統轉讓的相關事宜，保證公司股票在摘牌之日起45個交易日內可以轉讓。
