新地12商場料母親節長週末營業額按周升一成半
新鴻基地產(銷售及租賃)代理董事鍾秀蓮表示,隨着疫情緩和,加上社交距離措拖放寬後旗下商場推出晚市堂食優惠,帶動商戶營業額上升。在剛過去的五一長假期,新地東港城、北角匯、上水廣場等12商場的人流及生意額均較上週錄得10%升幅。
鍾秀蓮指,本週末的母親節是晚市重開後首個節日,加上食肆將放寬至八人一臺,並連同佛誕假期形成長週末,預料市民將更踊躍外出用餐慶祝母親節,並開始選購禮物送給母親,相信本週末以珠寶金飾、家電廚具及食肆最爲受惠,整體營業額預料較上週營業額再升一成半。
