明梁控股(08152.HK)預計首季虧損約200萬港元
格隆匯5月3日丨明梁控股(08152.HK)公佈,估計集團截至2022年3月31日止季度將錄得約200萬港元的虧損,而對比2021年同期虧損為430萬港元。
董事會認為,該期間的預期虧損主要歸因於收入處於低水平,因潛在客户,尤其是中國市場的客户,在全球建築活動的進度受到新冠疫情爆發所影響下,延遲作出採購決定並更加謹慎及更加註重價格。而從同期比較的角度來看,董事會認為該期間之預期虧損(與2021年同期相比)減少主要是綜合了以下的影響,包括(i)香港地基分部的表現受新冠病毒Omicron變異株爆發的不利影響,以及因運費上升而妨礙潛在海外銷售下,該季度收入減少約1050萬港元,以致毛利減少約160萬港元;(ii)銷售費用(主要是運費)下跌約210萬港元,因該季度內僅有極少量海外銷售;及(iii)因澳元匯率上升及歐羅匯率下跌,該期間錄得匯兑收益上升約140萬港元。
