《大行報告》裏昂上調中國建材(03323.HK)目標價至11.2元 評級「跑贏大市」
裏昂發表報告指,中國建材(03323.HK)今年首季純利按年下跌11%,符合預期,主因疫情下需求波動及煤炭成本增加。
該行預期,中國建材第二季毛利會繼續受到擠壓,而集團正進一步推行水泥資產整合,認爲此或有助於加強水泥業務的管理,有望長期提高盈利能力。
由於受疫情影響,裏昂下調對中國建材今年的預測2%,但股份目標價由9.9元上調至11.2元,反映內地推動基礎設施項目或可支持水泥需求,評級則重申「跑贏大市」。
