艾伯科技(02708.HK)控股股東出售合計5,574萬股股份
艾伯科技(02708.HK)公布,控股股東黎子明持有的「益明」已分別於上月27日至29日向多名第三方投資者出售合計5,574萬股股份,相當於已發行股份總數8.92%。
於該等出售事項後及第二階段認購事項完成時,黎子明及益明持有的股份總數約1.6億股,相當於已發行股份總數約25.86%,黎子明已成為單一最大主要股東。黎子明認為該等出售事項能夠引入資源型策略投資者及財務投資者,以優化股東結構。
