深圳市首批集中供地於上周五(4月29日)結束。在八幅住宅地皮中,有七幅含商品住宅用地,一幅為保障性租賃住房用地。首批出讓地塊總土地面積約32.11萬平方米,總建築面積約107.06萬平方米,起始總價168.11億元人民幣(下同)。最終八幅地皮全部以最高限價成交,成交總額為193.3億元,平均溢價率14.98%。 其中,華潤置地(01109.HK)在此批次供地中獲取兩幅地塊,包括:華潤置地間接擁有的深圳市潤投諮詢有限公司以22.27億元的總價競得光明區鳳凰街道地皮,以19.04億元的總價競得光明區玉塘街道的地皮。 萬科(02202.HK)(000002.SZ)控制的深圳萬科第五園房地產有限公司聯合深圳市人才安居集團,競得位於寶安區新安街道地皮,總價總價70.51億元。該地皮為此批供地中最貴。(ta/) ~
