京城佳業(02210.HK)斥7.8億人幣收購商廈物管公司60%股權
京城佳業(02210.HK)公布,向北京愛毅恩投資諮詢有限公司及上海域灃企業管理諮詢事務所各以3.89億元人民幣(下同)收購目標公司北京卓聯物業經營管理有限公司各30%股權。
收購事項完成後,公司將持有目標公司共計60%的股權,並將成為公司的附屬公司,其財務業績將併入集團的綜合財務報表範圍。
目標公司主要從事商業大廈的物業管理。目前為亞洲金融大廈、北投投資大廈和北投購物公園,三個位於北京的商業大廈提供物業管理服務,合計在管面積66萬平米。
