《新股消息》據報陳德霖曾璟璇發起SPAC香港匯德通過聆訊
市場消息指出,由金管局前總裁陳德霖及渣打前大中華區主席、前特首曾蔭權胞妹曾璟璇及曾蔭權幼子曾慶淳有份創立的巨溢發起的特殊目的收購公司(SPAC)香港匯德,已通過上市聆訊,為本港第三家闖關成功的SPAC。
據悉,香港匯德將開始建簿,並與投資者會面,市傳投資者反應非常正面。
初步招股資料顯示,香港匯德收購擬專注於在持續性及公司治理方面具備競爭優勢,並在大中華地區設有營運或預期設有營運的金融服務或科技公司。陳德霖、曾璟璇及巨溢分別持有公司約51%、32%及17%。獨家保薦人為海通國際。
