謝瑞麟(00417.HK)預計年度淨利不少於1500萬港元
格隆匯4月28日丨謝瑞麟(00417.HK)公吿,預計集團截至2022年3月31日止年度將錄得公司擁有人應占盈利不少於約港幣1500萬元(對比截至2021年3月31日止年度的公司擁有人應占虧損約港幣4400萬元)。
預期盈利主要由於集團於回顧財政年度首三季度的銷售業績穩步回升,尤其是中國內地的零售及批發業務在消費情緒好轉下逐漸恢復至疫情前水平,同時電子商貿業務乘着網上零售熱潮錄得顯著增長。至於第四季度,因受新冠疫情影響,中國內地和香港的業務均嚴重下滑。
特別是香港地區,2022年初起爆發兩年來最嚴峻的第五波疫情,以致業務營運陷入前所未有的挑戰,零售店鋪銷售額嚴重受挫。儘管如此,集團憑着首三季度的業務表現,加上一直實行多項有效的成本控制措施,因此仍然能夠於截至2022年3月31日止年度轉虧為盈。
