《大行報告》瑞銀:金沙中國(01928.HK)季績遜預期 中場收益按季跌19%輸同業
瑞銀發表報告表示,金沙中國(01928.HK)公布據美國公認會計原則今年首季經調整物業EBITDA虧損為1,100萬美元,經調整贏率後EBITDA虧損1,800萬美元,對比去年第四季錄得盈利,相信是季內受新冠疫情所影響。
該行指,金沙中國首季EBITDA低於該行及市場原預期各1,700萬美元及5,000萬美元,主要是來自中場賭收較預期疲弱(按季下滑19%,對比行業平均按季跌9%),因受到疫情影響澳門與內地入境檢測要求的影響。
瑞銀表示,金沙中國仍持有5億美元的現金及15億美元循環信用貸款,相信在目前收入疲弱環境下並無即時流動性的問題。該行維持對金沙中國「買入」評級及目標價25元。(wl/s)
