《大行報告》大摩:金沙(01928.HK)近六季度以來首度錄EBITDA虧損及遜預期 指市場份額流失
摩根士丹利發表報告表示,金沙中國(01928.HK)公布據美國公認會計原則今年首季經調整物業EBITDA虧損為1,100萬美元,而去年首季經調整物業EBITDA則為1億美元,對比去年第四季經調整物業EBITDA錄7,400萬美元,該行指此低於該行及市場原預期介乎500萬至540萬美元預測,令其近六個季度以來首次錄得EBITDA虧損。
該行指,金沙中國今年首季中場及角子老虎機收入按季跌19%,為2019年首季約23%水平,較同業按季下跌10%為差,顯示市場份額流失。該行指,金沙中國旗下優越中場錄明顯下滑,按季跌23%,為2019年首季約29%水平。
該行維持對金沙中國「增持」評級及目標價22.5港元。
