國浩集團(00053.HK)成立合資公司收購及開發新加坡物業 物業中標價5.87億坡元
格隆匯4月27日丨國浩集團(00053.HK)公吿,於2022年4月27日,國浩房地產全資附屬公司GLS與Intrepid和TIDR以及為進行該項目而成立的合資公司LHD簽訂合資協議,將按協定合資比例開發該物業。
根據合資協議,LHD將會作為認可開發商承擔該項目,其中包括收購,開發及管理該物業。該物業乃通過投標,以中標價5.87億新加坡元從新加坡市區重建局投得。GLS的總出資額為6013萬新加坡元。
該物業指所有該幅位於新加坡Lentor Hills Road,名為Mukim 20的Lot 05380L地塊,佔地面積17,136.9平方米。
HLHL為新加坡一家知名的物業開發和投資公司。GLS參與該項目可提高國浩房地產集團物業組合的多元化,而參與該項目的出資額可讓國浩房地產集團保留營運資金予其他投資機會。
