港府調低上網電價 黃錦星:計劃仍對投資者有吸引力
環境局局長黃錦星在電台節目表示,當局將上網電價,由每度電3元至5元,調低至2.5元至4元,稱其價格仍較一些國家優惠。
他表示,隨著可再生能源市場發展成熟,及安裝太陽能板等投資成本下降,認為即使當局下調上網電價,投資者的回本期仍於十年內,相信計劃仍有吸引力。
他表示,有關計劃推行至已有三年時間,由於當時僅約200個私營可再生能源設備接駁至電網,故當初定價於較高水平,旨在縮短回本期至十年內,今次調整並不會影響原有計劃參與者,又稱當局未來會適時調整上網電價。
