核心優勢明顯！三一寬體車新品引爆市場
隨着國家加快推進"綠色礦山"建設，近年來，三一國際不斷提升產品核心競爭力，先後推出第二代寬體車SKT105S、無人純電動寬體車SKT90E等新品，引領礦山設備智能化、綠色化、大型化發展。
單車單月拉運5萬噸！一舉引爆市場
SKT105S是三一國際歷經3年研發和試驗，正式推出的第二代寬體車產品。新品發佈會上，SKT105S剛上市就獲得了1710台訂單，一舉引爆市場。
與第一代產品相比，SKT105S懸架、液壓、電氣、駕駛室等關鍵件全面升級，並行業首創整體框架式車架，使用壽命10年以上，整體動力、操作性能極佳。
核心技術領域，SKT105S具有可靠耐用、高效出勤、安全舒適、智能運維四大優勢，其舉升動作僅需20秒，作業效率提升30％。
新品的實際工況表現更是遠超預期，反響良好。
內蒙古烏海市煤礦，是最早採購及使用SKT105S的礦區之一。由於該礦區以巖石物料居多，拉運工況以重載上坡為主，對寬體車性能要求極高。客户介紹，目前，礦區已擁有80多台三一寬體車，單車單月可拉運物料超50000噸，整體出勤率高達95％，維修換件率僅10％，極大提升了礦區整體效率。
新疆五彩灣神華煤礦是國家一級露天煤礦，年開採能力達2000萬噸。去年12月，首批10台SKT105S正式投入運行。
客户表示，與同級別產品相比，三一寬體車出勤率高10％以上，維修成本低30％。目前，該礦區已擁有128台三一寬體車，並計劃今年採購更多SKT105S。
L4級無人駕駛！核心優勢明顯
作為行業領軍者，近年來，三一國際還充分發揮數字化轉型優勢，不斷加碼純電動、智能化寬體車研究，推出一系列有國際競爭力的"智慧礦山"產品。
早在2021年，三一國際就在青海威斯特礦業等地3家露天礦投入20台SKT90E無人純電動寬體車，在業界率先實現了無人駕駛的商業化運營。
SKT90E的無人駕駛等級達到L4級，行業領先。其配置了高算力嵌入式平台、激光雷達、毫米波雷達、線控底盤等智能化套件，能根據後台智能算法，自動完成運輸任務，並與其他設備協同作業，全程無人工參與。
續航和能耗方面，SKT90E充電效率高，其動力回收系統能在運行時最大化節省能耗，極大節省運營成本。
新疆寶明礦業露天資源儲量近10億噸，礦方先後採購了10台SKT90E。服役至今，三一純電動寬體車以極低的故障率保持着幾乎"全勤"，樹立了行業電動寬體車產品"高效高出勤"新典範。
