港A兩地地產股普漲 央行召集金融機構與12家房企開會內容涉及併購業務紓困
格隆匯4月26日丨港A兩市地產股普漲,港股龍光集團漲近5%、富力地產漲4%,寶龍地產、時代中國控股、正榮地產等股漲3%。A股光大嘉寶、南國置業漲8%,南山控股、榮安地產漲5%,保利發展漲3%。消息面上,網傳央行召集金融機構與12家房企開會,根據網絡流出的會議內容,對12家房企“四證不全”項目、涉及併購貸款置換土地出讓金項目等合規性要求有所放鬆;存量逾期補充增信後可以進行展期;要求開發貸全力支持房企,但是資金務必封閉管理;此外,需要保證按揭的發放。
