格隆匯4月25日丨德信中國(02019.HK)公吿,於2022年到期的2億美元11.875%優先票據,2022年票據已於2022年4月23日到期。公司已根據2022年票據的條款及條件按未償還本金額1.83億美元連同累計至到期日的利息悉數贖回2022年票據,公司到期支付的2022年票據贖回總額為1.88億美元。公司認為,到期贖回2022年票據並無對其財務狀況產生任何重大影響。票據將被註銷及自香港聯合交易所有限公司除名。
