飛揚集團(01901.HK)：飛揚元宇宙數字文創藏品平台上線
格隆匯4月25日丨飛揚集團(01901.HK)公吿，公司位於中華人民共和國主要經營實體浙江飛揚國際旅遊集團股份有限公司於近日正式上線"飛揚元宇宙"數字文創藏品平台，該平台主營"數字+實物"結合的文創藏品(區塊鏈合約唯一性認證)的發行與銷售。
首款原創IP藏品"穿越世界的旅行兔"計劃不遲於2022年5月正式發行開售，後將持續上線飛揚國際自主IP版權的系列文創藏品。同時，飛揚國際計劃將與來自其他行業的著名品牌、優秀公司、機構及個人文創工作者展開合作，承接其原創版權的文創藏品的發行與銷售。
公司董事會認為，隨着區塊鏈、元宇宙等技術的深入發展和應用，數字藏品受熱捧，數字藏品價值逐漸被市場認可。由於數字藏品以技術確權清晰、數量透明及轉讓留痕等特點，其不單可以保護和提升文創作品的價值，還可以架起連接現實世界資產和數字世界資產的橋樑。
集團自2021年下半年佈局元宇宙以來，公司香港子公司飛揚元宇宙科技有限公司不斷在區塊鏈基礎平台、區塊鏈算力機雲存儲服務等元宇宙底層技術上加強投入與開拓業務的同時，此次集團已於中國市場在元宇宙應用層推出"數字文創藏品平台"，尤其注重文創藏品的"數字化與實物化"相結合的獨特競爭點，充分挖掘和探索文創藏品"數字化+實體化"的產業路徑和創新形態，賦能實體經濟、賦能原有產業。
基於文創藏品平台的創新探索，在不久的將來，"飛揚元宇宙"還將結合"數字人"技術為實體企業提供"元宇宙新零售"SaaS平台、"元宇宙新媒體"創意平台，並將飛揚文創藏品的數字和實物內容，應用於本集團正在研發的"元宇宙旅遊"場景。
董事會認為，在疫情對集團原有主營旅遊業務持續影響的環境下，集團技術團隊充分運用區塊鏈及元宇宙等新技術以及新場景並結合集團原有的龐大客户羣體與品牌影響力不斷努力開拓新業務可以為集團創造更多的商業機會與盈利潛力。
