格隆匯4月25日丨永鼎股份(600105.SH)發佈2021年年度報吿,實現營業收入39.10億元,同比增長19%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.21億元,上年同期為虧損5.60億元;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2538.94萬元,上年同期為虧損6.03億元;基本每股收益0.09元。
鑑於公司目前處於快速發展及新業務拓展階段,公司日常經營、業務拓展及新項目投資建設均需大量資金投入,綜合考慮公司未來資金支出計劃、目前經營及資金狀況,經董事會研究,公司2021年度利潤分配預案擬為:不進行利潤分配,不以資本公積轉增股本。
