國家發改委:建立新型儲能建設需求發佈機制
格隆匯4月25日丨國家發改委官網公佈電力可靠性管理辦法(暫行),自6月1日起施行。辦法提出,極穩妥推動發電側、電網側和用戶側儲能建設,合理確定建設規模,加強安全管理,推進源網荷儲一體化和多能互補。建立新型儲能建設需求發佈機制,充分考慮系統各類靈活性調節資源的性能,允許各類儲能設施參與系統運行,增強電力系統的綜合調節能力。沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地區的大規模風力、太陽能等可再生能源發電企業要建立與之適應的電力可靠性管理體系,加強系統和設備的可靠性管理,防止大面積脫網,對電網穩定運行造成影響。
