中核鈦白(002145.SZ)：出資設立金星新能源 將重點圍繞磷酸鐵等電池正極材料領域落地項目
格隆匯4月24日丨中核鈦白(002145.SZ)公佈，為優化資源配置，完善戰略佈局，促進產業健康發展，公司全資子公司安徽金星鈦白(集團)有限公司(“金星鈦白”)出資設立安徽金星新能源材料有限公司(“金星新能源”)，註冊資本人民幣2億元，金星鈦白持有其100%股份。
公司深耕現有主營業務所處行業多年，經過超二十年的行業引領及技術創新，一方面，公司在硫酸法鈦白粉的研發、生產及銷售方面已積累了深厚的資源、經驗、人才及技術，使得公司主營產品長期保持高市場份額、業績回報與發展空間。另一方面，為進一步拓寬發展空間，公司聚焦“資源、鈦化工、新材料、新能源”四大業務板塊，積極探索、佈局新發展機遇。在全球大力推行“碳達峯、碳中和”的背景下，公司以實現主營業務綠色可持續發展為出發點，通過副產品綜合利用構建以新能源行業新材料為終端產品的耦合循環產業經濟。公司於2021年2月發佈了《關於投資建設年產50萬噸磷酸鐵鋰項目的公吿》(公吿編號：2021-021)，並於2021年5月發佈了公司2021年度非公開發行A股股票預案，計劃以公司全資子公司甘肅東方鈦業有限公司(“東方鈦業”)為實施主體，投資建設年產50萬噸磷酸鐵鋰項目(一期：50萬噸磷酸鐵)。二期、三期項目的建設將根據前述項目的建設情況、產品市場容量及需求情況審慎推進。截至公吿日，東方鈦業年產50萬噸磷酸鐵項目正常推進中，預計今年進入試生產階段並逐步投產、釋放產能。
在已充分掌握相關產品技術、市場的基礎下，此次對外投資設立金星新能源是公司佈局新材料、新能源產業的重要戰略實踐。公司計劃以金星新能源為主體，推動金星鈦白以構建循環產業經濟的方式實現轉型升級。金星新能源將重點圍繞磷酸鐵等電池正極材料領域落地項目。此次對外投資符合公司中長期發展規劃和可持續發展理念，將為公司創造新的業績增長點。
