天德地產(00266.HK):預計年度税前虧損將減少4.04億港元
格隆匯4月22日丨天德地產(00266.HK)發佈公吿,由於凱聯是天德持有50.01%股權的附屬公司,基於與凱聯類似的原因,預期天德集團一般業務運作帶來的業績將因2019冠狀病毒病對業務造成的負面影響而顯著下跌。儘管如此,天德集團截至2022年3月31日止年度未經審核的綜合業績所錄得的除税前虧損將較上年度減少約港幣4.04億元,這主要是因為其投資物業估值虧損淨額減少約港幣5.44億元所致。投資物業估值虧損只會影響天德集團在會計上的溢利或虧損,而不會對其現金流量造成影響。儘管上述情況存在,天德集團和凱聯集團的整體財務及業務狀況維持穩健。
