格隆匯4月21日丨浙文互聯(600986.SH)公佈,2022年4月20日,公司收到浙江省文化產業投資集團有限公司(“浙江文投”)轉來的浙江省國有文化資產管理委員會《關於浙江省文化產業投資集團有限公司認購浙文互聯非公開發行股票事項的函》,要求浙江文投按照國家有關政策規定規範推進本次股份認購工作。
公司本次非公開發行A股股票事項尚需公司股東大會審議通過,並報中國證券監督管理委員會核准後方可實施。公司將積極推進相關工作,嚴格按照有關規定及時履行信息披露義務。
