重慶銀行(01963.HK)股東交通融資擔保違規減持約405萬股A股
重慶銀行(01963.HK)公佈,今年2月16日至3月2日期間,股東交通融資擔保基於處置反擔保物回籠經營資金考慮,通過集中競價交易方式減持該行約405.2萬股A股。
減持後,交通融資擔保不再持有該行任何股份。
根據上海證券交易所減持細則,大股東等通過集中競價交易減持,須首次賣出股份的15個交易日前報告備案減持計劃並予以公告。因員工疏忽及對法律規則的不熟悉,交通融資擔保未在減持前和減持過程中披露減持計劃和進展,也未及時將減持情況通知重慶渝富和該行並進行公告,構成了違規減持。
