伊戈爾(002922.SZ)擬推500萬份的2022年股票期權與限制性股票激勵計劃
格隆匯4月20日丨伊戈爾(002922.SZ)發佈2022年股票期權與限制性股票激勵計劃(草案)，擬授予激勵對象權益總計500萬份，涉及的標的股票種類為人民幣A股普通股，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額的1.69%。其中首次授予427.7萬份權益，佔擬授出權益總數的85.54%，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額的1.44%；預留72.3萬份權益，佔擬授出權益總數的14.46%，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額29,632.0455萬股的0.24%。具體如下：
股票期權激勵計劃：擬授予激勵對象的股票期權數量為200萬份，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額的0.67%。其中，首次授予股票期權169.2萬份，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額的0.57%，佔擬授予股票期權總數的84.6%；預留授予股票期權30.8萬份，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額的0.10%，佔擬授予股票期權總數的15.4%。該計劃下授予的每份股票期權擁有在滿足生效條件和生效安排的情況下，在可行權期內以行權價格購買1股公司人民幣A股普通股股票的權利。
限制性股票激勵計劃：擬授予激勵對象的限制性股票數量為300萬股，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額的1.01%。其中，首次授予限制性股票258.5萬份，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額的0.87%，佔擬授予限制性股票總數86.17%；預留授予限制性股票41.5萬份，約佔草案公佈日公司股本總額的0.14%，佔擬授予限制性股票總數的13.83%。
該激勵計劃首次授予的激勵對象共計195人，包括公司公吿本激勵計劃時在公司(含子公司，下同)任職的高級管理人員、中層管理人員及核心骨幹人員，不含伊戈爾獨立董事、監事、單獨或合計持股5%以上的股東或實際控制人及其配偶、父母、子女。
該激勵計劃首次授予激勵對象股票期權的行權價格為10.72元/股，限制性股票的授予價格為7.66元/股。
