中電信(00728.HK)公布截至3月底止首季業績，經營收入為1,196.29億元人民幣(下同)，較去年同期增長11.9%，其中服務收入為1,100.24億元，較去年同期增長9.9%。淨利潤為72.23億元，較去年同期增長12.1%，每股基本淨利潤為0.08元，EBITDA為323.61億元，較去年同期增長4.2%，EBITDA率為29.4%。
第一季度，移動通信服務收入為490.14億元，按年增長5%，移動用戶淨增711萬戶，達到約3.8億戶，5G套餐用戶淨增2,295萬戶，達到約2.11億戶，滲透率達到55.5%，移動用戶ARPU為45.1元。
第一季度，公司固網及智慧家庭服務收入達到296.45億元，按年增長4.9%，有線寬帶用戶達到1.73億戶，智慧家庭收入按年增長22.5%，拉動寬帶綜合ARPU達到46.7元，智慧家庭價值貢獻持續提升。
第一季度，公司產業數字化業務加速增長，收入達到294.14億元，按年增長23.2%。
第一季度，公司經營費用為1,105.17億元，較去年同期增長12.4%，主要是網絡營運及支撐成本和其他經營費用增長所致，其中網絡營運及支撐成本為353.1億元，較去年同期增長14%，主要原因是公司持續優化網絡質量，提升用戶感知，積極支撐5G、產業數字化業務發展，適度增加能力建設投入；其他經營費用為114.98億元，較去年同期增長24.3%，主要原因是5G手機等移動終端商品銷量增長所致。財務成本淨額為1.95億元，較去年同期下降64.2%，主要原因是公司經營業績及現金流狀況良好，A股發行有效保障重點投資項目資金需求，付息債規模有效壓降。
